What we collect
Contact details and the information you give us in forms, registration and account details, and, with your consent, analytics data.
Why we collect it
To answer enquiries, run classes, events and services, send transactional messages, and, only where you opt in, marketing.
Who we share it with
Hosting, email and CRM providers, payment providers, event tools and, where a service requires it and you are told in advance, broker partners. Current providers: Render (website hosting, Frankfurt) and Resend (email delivery)
Retention and security
We keep enquiries for 2 years after our last contact, client accounts while they are active and for 2 years after closure, and financial records for 5 years as Kenyan tax rules require. We protect data with access controls, encryption in transit and audit logging.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, withdraw consent and close your account. Logged-in clients can download their data and request closure from the portal. Other requests: alphaexecution01@gmail.com
